So you like Plymouth and hate Dodge. The Neon would certainly test you.

I just wander how many will be made. When they first introduced the 392, they only came in Challengers. Then, they went into pretty well everything. I'm hoping the hellcat engine finds itself into some other platforms as well.

I'd like to see them build a car that weighs around 3,000 pounds with front and rear seats and a trunk big enough for 2 bodies. Add the 392 engine n/a along with a 6 speed making something affordable and fast. That would be my vote as long as it looks as good as the Challenger.

One of my rally buddies, Michael Schlee, does vehicle reviews for an outfit in Canada. He's driving the Hellcat next week and doing a review. How the hell do you get a job like that?

I had a perfect setup with my past work. I got burned out on it in high school. Should have pushed through the boring stuff, done the jounalism thing in college and relocated, then I could be doing the same thing. Oh well...

Hellcat for $60k or C7 Z06 for $90k. That would be a tough choice. I think the hellcat will hold its value a little better after 2+ years. If they put it in a lighter platform that handled a little better for that pricetag......I think its an easy choice. I do think ford will respond. I hear rumor of a boosted 5.8 coyote platform. this could get interesting.

It's an expensive muscle car for sure. If you need to take a few passengers, the choice would be more transparent.
