Welll, she learned to drive a stick.. doing pretty well considering she has drove it for 3 days... but I guess we will be removing it from the fleet. ... it would be awesome with another 100 HP.

She doesn't want to daily drive a manual..... and the car doesn't have power steering... which to me i don't even notice it... good bit more arm strength though.

I actually looked at a non-turbo mr2 about 14 years ago. I would have bought it but somebody beat me to it. It didn't have any power but it was cheap, cheap on fuel, and handled well. I had a Ford truck with a 5.0 at the time and gas was eating me alive. I traded it for a 5.2 Dakota and saved enough in gas to buy a trans am GTA as a side car.

going to find out about mileage on this one... it's a damn well built car. headers, intake full magnaflow exhaust coilovers sway bars, chassis stiffening, short throw shifter... i think a set of 15" wheels and it's 2600 pound weight and it would be a monster N/A 4 banger... i have heard of cam swaps giving 20 ft lbs of torque and that would make it a contender in the twisties.

tiz a fun little car, i like it a lot... but not nearly as much as the vette... it is a little cramped for me i would say 2 hour drive is max for a day for me. It will definitely be missed.

No, it needs some bearings in the rear end... And regular Maintanance stuff done.... Do I want to trade it for an mr2 ..... Umm no. She will probably drive it some... I may eventually sell it when my ws6 is back together... Or manual swap it... Who knows. ......

You could have had your pick in Ocean City. I think there were almost as many C6's as there were Mustangs. Not all of them had the best time either. ZL1, for example... The guys that know him said the car puts down well over 1khp. Whatever it had, it was too much for the driver last week.

Doesn't take much to get a high HP car out of shape in a hurry. Just don't panic!

Last year I put all season tires on to go get the cobra inspected and was completely sideways on the 422 on ramp. Just pushed the throttle a little to get up to speed and blew the tires off and it kicked hard to the left.
