A mustang is like toilet paper to me. I'm just gonna use it and then throw it away.

All Cobras are manual transmissions unless some non driving fucktard swapped a slush-O-matic in there... In that case it's not worth owning.

From my research, they're not worth owning anyway without the suitcase on top of the engine. Nobody wants to get passed by a neon in a Cobra.

the 4 valve motor is better than the 2 valve.. but i wouldn't buy a mustang trying to beat much in a race.

I was behind an sn95 cobra vert with dealer tags today. Looked good and sounded sexy as hell. I couldn't help but laugh at the face the driver made though when he got on it coming out of the stop light and I about ran up his ass in the tbss.

You're comparing a 6k mustang to a 16k TBSS....the mustang was probably slower because he had an extra 10k in cash in his trunk.

$16k.... If they would have asked for that much out of mine, I would hve laughed my ass off and walked away. I'd be willing to bet my tbss and that convertible cobra would be pretty close in price setting on a car lot.

As for payload, there was most likely nothing but the top in his trunk. I had two passengers, about 20 pounds of easter stuff and another 50 pounds of tools. In mine, not to mention the extra 1200 pounds of vehicle.

yes, they do sound so nice.. that's what you get when you hire sound engineers to work on a car.

maybe it's firing order or something the 351 in our old truck sounds good so does the 460.

The LS1 sounds like an International Harvester, but it gets the job done. I think my LS2 is going to be a bit better sounding of an engine than the LS1, but I can't get a good listen yet for the annoying sounds that I have to take care of. Damn lifter and PSP are annoying.

You couldn't fuck it up much more by doing a LS swap...

I have seen lots of sn95 cobra's for 6k that would look good (showroom) going down the road...and also lots of trailblazer ss's for around 16k.

Regardless if the price difference is 10k or 6k....point is (thought it was obvious)...the more you spend on a performance vehicle, the more performance you should be getting. (stock for stock)

Why would you spend extra on a car to get a rear axle that really isn't that great in the first place?

You could get the same exact car in a GT platform for less money (thousands) then swap in an 03/04 IRS for 1k and it's a nut and bolt job and good for much more power.
