I'm on board with that. The only three issues I see with the above are:

    1. I have a Monte Carlo, not a Cutlass. (I know what you meant)

    2.

Not even sure yet if I'll worry about 11's in the car for a while. I'm to the point where I'd be just as happy dropping a stock LQ4, or 9 in it and enjoy driving the thing for now. At least until I get there in the truck. The Monte will be a long term though, because I'll go straight for single digits in it.

Its up on the concrete driveway. I agree it needs out of Tucker County weather though. It's talking a bit of a toll on it.

Jeep is getting an alignment right now. Got the inspection sticker yesterday...IF I can make the time then I'll do a fluid change and I've really been thinking about doing new ujoints, but either way it should be ready.

I appreciate it man. Im not going to be ready for one for at least another year or so though. I'll need an 01+ lq4. The earlier ones won't fit right because of the longer crankshaft and flat flexplate.

That's a couple hundred more than I'm hoping to spend when the time comes too. Assuming the price doesnt spike. I've seen higher mileage lq4s as low as $500. Going rate is generally $800 to $1000. If I decide to go 5.3, I could pick one up for less than $500.

This year's a bust for me. I picked up an engine, but it's getting built up a little before going back in the car. Gotta take care of a few other things first too, so I'm probably still a year or so out from getting back in the game.

Bring your car over and let's fix your air conditioning....you need it for racing season.

I'm planning on being there to take a shot at the Camaro. We both are planning to drive our cars all the way up. My brother is supposed to bring a trailer just in case. I just hope we both don't break, it would be tough putting the Omni in his truck bed lol.
